How to Take Print Without Objects?

Follow the steps below if you do not want to print objects in a worksheet.
Suppose you have some data and a button in your worksheet and you want only the data to be printed without the button.
Right click on the button which you do not want to print and select ‘Format Control’.

Select Properties in ‘ Format Control’ . Uncheck ‘ Print Object’ .

Click OK.
When you select the ‘print preview’, Now you can see the print out without the object.

Following are the guidelines to make Excel full screen:
Hide sheet tabs.
Remove Grid Lines, Headings and hide Formula Bar.
Select Excel ‘Full Screen’ option from ‘View’ menu.
Hide sheet tabs.
Select ‘Office’ Button and select ‘Excel Options’.

Select ‘Advanced’ option under ‘Display Options for This Workbook’ uncheck the box ‘Show Sheet Tabs’.

Click ‘Ok’.

Removing Grid lines, Headings and Formula Bar.
Select ‘View’ from ‘Menu’, uncheck the boxes for ‘Gridlines, Headings and Formula Bar’.

How to Make Text Invisible in Excel?
To hide some calculations and to make the template look as desired with required output we need make text invisible. We have two ways of making text invisible.
Making text font color to White .
Making text invisible using Number Format.
Suppose you have data with drop downs in column D for Dept No, containing source from column E as below:

Select the cells E1 to E10 which have to be made invisible. Select Font Color from Home menu.

Select White Background from Theme Colors.

Now the text in the cells E1 to E10 is invisible.

Suppose the data in column D is linked with the data in column E as shown below:

Here we want to make column E invisible.
Select cells E2 to E8 which have to be made invisible. Select Number Format from Home Menu.

Select More Number Formats from the menu.

Select Custom and enter ’;;;’ in the Type.

Click OK.
The data in the column E is invisible.

Let us follow step by step process for removing duplicates using Advanced Filter.
Select a cell in your data set and choose Data from menu.
Select Filter and select Advanced from Sort and Filter group.
Advanced Filter dialogue box appears.

Enter the range of data containing duplicates in the box provided for List range.
Here the List range is ‘$B$3:$C$16’.
Check the box Unique Records Only and click OK.
